Rose loves sharing knowledge with people who are keen to learn.

For years, Rose has run workshops for all levels of ukulele playing from complete beginners to fancy strumming. She has taught all over Australia at numerous ukulele clubs where she also teaches about arrangements when playing in a group.

Rose likes to encourage people to play their instrument ‘thoughtfully’, where every strum/pluck is considered and played deliberately. Learning to listen is also integral to Rose’s workshops.

Rose runs songwriting workshops (online and in real life) where people of all skill levels are invited to be loose and playful in their writing and to also work within limitations and rules that Rose sets. There are so many ways to come at songwriting and Rose aims to show a range of approaches to getting started on a brand new song.

Rose also facilitates songwriting circles where people come together to share and listen to each other’s songs.
